I reinstalled my registered Password Saver application and my old .pss files are no longer recognized. I receive "Wrong file format" error. What can I do?

You can't open the files either because the program is not installed correctly or the .pss documents are corrupted. In order to fix the issue, remove the program from your computer using Add or Remove Programs feature or its uninstaller and run CCleaner or Glary Utilities. After that, reboot your computer and install Password Saver again. If this doesn't help, I suggest you contact the support team using support@pwdsaver.com email address.
